Shipping

Shipping of items can take between 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the Nacex tracking number once it has been dispatched.

Exchanges and Returns

You have 30 days to request an exchange for ordered items, provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were received: unused, odor-free, without alterations or damage, and accompanied by the invoice, inner and outer tags, original packaging, and all elements included in the shipment. If the item is returned and does not comply with the description above, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

If you prefer a refund, you can do so up to 15 days after receiving the delivery confirmation email. INTO is also not responsible for damages caused by improper use or incorrect washing of products.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Support to formalize the request and ensure the availability of the new item.

For customers in mainland Portugal, we offer the first exchange free of charge, providing a shipping label that must be affixed to the package and delivered to a Nacex drop-off point. Once the item is received and approved during quality control, we will send the new item and notify the customer as soon as it is dispatched. Each order is entitled to one free exchange, with a maximum of two exchange requests allowed.

The cost of return is the responsibility of the customer, with only the product value being refunded (not including shipping costs). We recommend that returns be made via courier or registered mail, as we are not responsible for loss or damage during transport.

Important:

  • They must be returned with the hygiene sticker intact.
  • They must be returned along with the corresponding pouch.
